摘要:
目的 探讨滨州、德州及东营三个城市的婴儿嫉妒心理发育情况。方法 于滨州医学院附属医院、德州宁津县人民医院和东营市人民医院儿科门诊就诊的10个月婴儿,分别为60例、34例和42例,按照实验步骤完成有关“嫉妒诱导实验”录像,并对录像进行编码和分析,比较3组婴儿的嫉妒心理评分有无差异。结果 组内比较:A组、B组和C组婴儿在陌生人/书和母亲/书、陌生人/洋娃娃和母亲/洋娃娃情境中,后者评分均大于前者,经比较,差异具有统计学意义。组间比较:C组评分最高,A组居中,B组最低,除陌生人/书情境外,在其他3种情境中,3组婴儿差异均具有显著性。结论 10个月婴儿已具备嫉妒心理,东营市婴儿嫉妒心理最强,滨州居中,德州最低,如果婴儿表现出过多的嫉妒心理,应该及时疏导,帮助婴儿形成积极、健康的情绪。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the development of infant jealousy in Binzhou,Dezhou and Dongying.Methods We collected 60 infants,34 infants and 42 infants from the pediatric clinic of Binzhou Medical University Hospital,Ningjin County People’s Hospital and Dongying People’s Hospital.Video recordings of the “Jealousy Induction Experiment” were completed according to the experimental steps.The video was coded and analyzed.The jealousy scores of the three groups were compared.Results The scores of group A,group B and group C in strangers/books and mothers/books,strangers/dolls and mothers/dolls were higher than those groups.Inter-group comparison:Group C scored was the highest,Group A ranked the middle and Group B was the lowest.Except for strangers/books situation,there were significant differences among the three groups of infants in the other three situations.Conclusion 10-month-old infants have jealousy mentality.Dongying City infants have the strongest jealousy mentality.Binzhou is in the middle and Dezhou is the lowest.If infants show excessive jealousy mentality,we should timely counseling to help infants form positive and healthy emotions.
