摘要:
目的 分析不同胎龄早产儿屈光发育特点。方法 对2016年1月—2018年1月在本院儿保科体检的52例早产儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按胎龄分成A组(<28周,7例)、B组(28~32周,19例)、C组(33~37周,26例),选择同期在本院儿保科体检的60例足月儿(>37周)作为对照组。四组研究对象均接受体格检查、屈光检查,比较四组矫正6个月龄、9个月龄、12个月龄、18个月龄、24个月龄的屈光度。结果 与对照组相比,A组、B组不同矫正月龄球镜屈光度均较高,C组6个月、9个月、12个月月龄球镜屈光度均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组18个月、24个月龄的球镜屈光度与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 与A组相比,B组、C组不同矫正月龄球镜屈光度均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 与B组相比,C组6个月、9个月、12个月的球镜屈光度均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); C组18个月龄、24个月龄的球镜屈光度与B组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,A组、B组、C组不同矫正月龄柱镜屈光度均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 与A组相比,B组、C组不同矫正月龄柱镜屈光度较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 与B组相比,C组不同矫正月龄柱镜屈光度较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 早产儿胎龄越小,球镜屈光度与柱镜屈光度越高,胎龄越大,早期进行矫正越容易促进屈光度恢复。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the refractive development characteristics of premature infants of different gestational ages.Methods The clinical data of 52 premature infants undergoing physical examination in our hospital from Jan.2016 to Jan.2018 were analyzed retrospectively.they were divided into A group(<28 w,7 cases),B group(28-32 w,19 cases),C group(33-37 w,26 cases)according to their gestational age.In 26 cases,60 full-term infants(>37 w)were selected as the control group.All the subjects in the four groups underwent physical examination and refractive examination.The correction age of the four groups was 6 months,9 months,12 months,18 months,24.A diopter of a month’s age.Results Compared with the control group,the diopter of group A and group B was higher than that of group B,and the diopter of group C was higher than that of group C at 6 months,9 months and 12 months,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),C group 18 months.There was no significant difference in spherical diopter between 24 months old and control group(P>0.05).Compared with group A,the diopter of spherical lens in group C and group C was lower than that in group A(P<0.05),and the diopter in group C was lower than that in group B at 6 months,9 months and 12 months,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the diopter of spherical lens in group C was lower than that in group B at 6 months,9 months and 12 months,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in spherical diopter between group B and group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in spherical diopter between group B and group B at 18 months and 24 months of age(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the diopter of column mirror in group A,group B and group C was significantly higher than that in group C(P<0.05).Compared with group A,the diopter of column mirror in group B and group C was lower than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with group B,the diopter of column mirror in group C was lower than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The younger the gestational age of premature infants is,the diopter of spherical lens.The higher the diopter and the older the gestational age,the easier it is for early correction to promote the recovery of diopter.
