摘要:
目的 探讨在氟比洛芬巴布膏镇痛下拉伸锻炼治疗足底筋膜炎的疗效。方法 选自2017年9月至2018年8月本院骨科门诊的足底筋膜炎患者,共38例(42足)纳入研究,其中男性患者23例(26足),平均年龄(45.6±6.2)岁; 女性患者15例(16足),平均年龄(39.7±6.3)岁。所有纳入研究对象采用氟比洛芬巴布膏镇痛下拉伸锻炼治疗。治疗前及治疗完成后评估患者视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)及踝关节活动度进行疗效评估。结果 应用VAS量表评分评估38例(42足)患者的关节疼痛,测量37例(40足)踝关节活动度。所有患者治疗后1月、2月和3月时的平均VAS评分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01); 治疗完成后3月时,37例踝关节平均背伸较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01); 踝关节跖屈活动度较治疗前无明显改善,差异无统计学意义(P>0.01),其中2例(2足)疼痛缓解不明显,予以皮质类固醇注射及下肢拉伸治疗后疼痛部分缓解。结论 氟比洛芬巴布膏镇痛下拉伸锻炼治疗足底筋膜炎的疗效更明显,但疗效能否长期维持有待于进一步观察。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of stretching exercise in the treatment of plantar fasciitis under the effective pain relief of flurbiprofen cataplasms.Methods A total of 38 plantar fasciitis patients(42 feet)were meet inclusion criteria from Sep.2017 to Aug.2018.There are 23 male patients(26 feet),with an average age of(45.6±6.2)years old,and 15 female patients(16 feet)with an average age of(39.7±6.3)years old.All patients were meet inclusion criteria were treated with stretch exercise under effective pain relief of flurbiprofen cataplasms.The visual analogue scale and range of motion of ankle before and after treatment of patients were used to be evaluated the efficacy.Results All 38 patients(42 feet)were evaluated effectively for VAS through telephone follow up,and range of motion of ankle of 37 patients(40 feet)were measured.The mean VAS of all patients after 1 month,2 months and 3 months after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The average dorsiflexion of the ankle joint was significantly improved at 3 months after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The average planter flexion of ankle joint was not significantly improved after treatment(P>0.01).In 2 cases(2 feet)of them,the pain relief was not obvious,and partially relieved after corticosteroid injection and stretching treatment.Conclusion The efficacy of stretching exercise on the treatment of plantar fasciitis under the effective pain relief of flurbiprofen cataplasms was more obvious,but whether the long-term efficacy can be maintained remains need to be further observed.
