摘要:
目的 探讨护士的宣教工作对医疗纠纷的意义。方法 选择庆阳市人民医院骨一科和产科作为研究对象,以两科室未实行正规护士宣教前(2014年)的资料为对照组,通过历史资料查询获悉该科2014年全年医疗纠纷发生率、患者的投诉率及患者的满意度数据; 以该科室实行正规护士宣教后(2017年)的资料为宣教组,通过公休座谈会宣教、入院住院宣教、术前术后宣教及出院宣教等进行正规宣教。比较2组全年医疗纠纷的发生率、投诉率、患者满意度,评价宣教效果。结果 骨一科:宣教组的患者满意度(97.3%)明显高于对照组(70.3%)、医疗纠纷的发生率(0.076%、0.076%)及投诉率(0.076%、0.076%)明显低于对照组(0.60%、0.258%)、(0.515%、0.859%),2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产科:观察组的患者满意度(97.9%)明显高于对照组(75.4%),投诉率(0.019%、0.019%)明显低于对照组(0.041%、0.103%),2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中医疗纠纷发生率(0.059%、0.019%)低于对照组(0.145%、0.083%),两组比较差异性无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 护士正确的宣教工作能改善护患关系,提高服务质量,减少医疗纠纷的发生。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the significance of nurses to reduce the medical missionary work of the report.Methods select the Department of bone one and obstetrics department of Qingyang People’s Hospital as the research object,and take the data of the regular nurses before(2014)in the two departments as the control group.Through the historical data inquiry,the incidence of medical correction,the complaint rate of the patients and the patient’s satisfaction data in the whole year of 2014 are learned and the regular nurses are carried out.After the propaganda and Education(2017),as the propaganda and education group,the “one to one,one,one and more” propaganda of “one to one” and “one to many” teaching methods were carried out by the formal propaganda and education methods of “hospitalization patients’ public seat seminar” and “hospitalized patients admission education implementation list”,and the incidence of medical correction,complaint rate and patient satisfaction before and after the propaganda and education were compared.The effect of price education.Results Bone subject:patient satisfaction(97.3%)of missionary group was obviously higher than that of control group(70.3%),the incidence of medical disputes(0.076%,0.076%),and measured(0.076%,0.076%),significantly lower than the control group(0.60%,0.258%),(0.515%,0.859%),two groups compare differences were significant(P<0.05).Obstetric:patient satisfaction(97.9%)of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group(75.4%),measured(0.019%,0.019%),significantly lower than the control group(0.041%,0.103%),is similar between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Among them,the incidence of medical disputes(0.059%,0.019%)was lower than that of the control group(0.145%,0.083%),and the differences between the two groups were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion the correct teaching of nurses can improve nursing relationship,improve service quality and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes.
